We ship with DHL Express from our Netherlands-based logistics centre. All shipments are tracked and insured.
Orders received until 12.00 midday (weekdays, Central European Time) will be shipped on the same day and could arrive the day after. All shipments in Europe 2-3 days, world up to 5 days.

If you’re not happy with your ordered items or they do not fit, don’t worry you can return them to us. You assume return shipping costs unless we’ve made a mistake or an item is faulty (See Sustainability for more).
We advise you to send your return with a service that provides tracking, proof of delivery or purchase shipping insurance.
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method (PayPal/credit card).
In the event you return your complete order, we will refund the shipping costs that you paid. If you return part of your original order, we will refund part of the original shipping costs. If your order was applicable for free shipping and you return part of your order, resulting in the remaining order falling under the free shipping boundary, we reserve the right to subtract shipping costs from your reimbursement.
