We ship with DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Express® from either our logistics centre next door to our production in Portugal, or our strategically placed warehouse in the Netherlands, which is close to our main markets. This way we reduce the distance our products travel before reaching you and therefore reduce our – and your – carbon footprint. All our shipments are fully insured and trackable. All shipments in Europe usually up to 3 days, world usually up to 5 days.

Want to collect your order in our store in Berlin? It’s finally possible! How it works:
- at the checkout under shipping, select “Click+Collect”
- enter your billing details (shipping details are automatically inputted in our system)
- you’ll receive an email order confirmation, a shipping confirmation with tracking link once it’s left our warehouse, then another email confirmation once it’s been delivered to us
- simply come to our store during the opening times, show us your order confirmation email and an ID card
- collect and enjoy your order!
If you’re not happy with your ordered items or they do not fit, don’t worry you can return them to us. You assume return shipping costs unless we’ve made a mistake or an item is faulty (See Sustainability for more).
We advise you to send your return with a service that provides tracking, proof of delivery or purchase shipping insurance.
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method (PayPal/credit card).
If you return your complete order, we refund the shipping costs that you paid. If your order was applicable for free shipping and you return part of your order resulting in the remaining order not being applicable for free shipping anymore, we reserve the right to subtract shipping costs from your reimbursement.
